Foundation is an attempt to build a close community that would share its resources with each other in all honesty and promote togetherness and growth of the community at an individual level and of the community. Hasi Foundation’s endeavour is that an individual may come forward to support another individual in need. A visitor to the website could browse and search for people who are willing to fund, people who need funding, details of service providers such as verification agencies, collection agents and other such service providers that would provide services to.

Given that all personal information in relation to investors and investees are provided by the respective users, Hasi Foundation hereby disclaims any guarantee of exactness as to the authenticity of the information provided to the our service.
As part of visiting and/or investing through the our service, you warrant to agree and understand that Hasi Foundation is only a our service that brings together investees and investors. Hasi Foundation collects deposits from the investors or person who would like to get return on their money by funding. Hasi Foundation only supports the investor in verifying the whereabouts of the investee on best effort basis and as such Hasi Foundation does not provide any form of guarantee on behalf of any investee to an investor. Hasi Foundation shall not be held liable for any failure by an investee or investor.
All prices of the items are set by the Merchants and are subject to change without notification at the sole discretion of the Merchants, and while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on the Our service, they are not guaranteed to be accurate. If any price is different from that displayed, the Merchant will inform you before dispatching the order and you will have the option of continuing with the order or cancelling the same.
Any transaction on the Our service between investee and investors is to be governed by the Hasi Foundation Payment Terms & Conditions which shall form an integral part of these Terms between Hasi Foundation and the user.
Hasi Foundation grants you a limited license to access and use the Site. This license does not include any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another vendor or any other third party; caching, unauthorized hypertext links to the Site or Our service and the framing of any Content available through the Our service, uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that you do not have a right to make available (such as the intellectual property of another party); uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; any action that imposes or may impose (in Hasi Foundation’s sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Hasi Foundation’s infrastructure; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. Any unauthorized use by you shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by Hasi Foundation. You shall in such an event be liable of a criminal offence and Hasi Foundation shall institute appropriate legal proceedings to claim damages. Hasi Foundation have the right to cooperate with authorities in case of investigation or request for assistance by Government authorities in relation to claims or complaints that any content violates the law. The identity of advertisers, users or buyers may be determined, for example by an ISP. IP addresses may also be registered in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
Hasi Foundation will collect information from Users. It is a condition of the use of the Our service that each User consents and authorizes Hasi Foundation to collect and use this information. The User further with immediate effect waive any right which had accrued to him from using the website to initiate any legal action against Hasi Foundation. User also acknowledge that the credibility of an investor or an investee as depicted upon the website is based on the information that is provided to Hasi Foundation. In case there is a non-disclosure of information to Hasi Foundation of the information, and the judgment of Hasi Foundation is impaired and the ratings or credibility of an investor or an investee is not found to be correct, Hasi Foundation shall not be responsible for any claims or liabilities. Hasi Foundation in any event is not responsible for any default in return of money that is funded from the investor and the investor shall have exclusive right to initiate proceedings against the defaulter investee. Hasi Foundation do provide the necessary information and support to the investor. However, investor shall not make any claim against Hasi Foundation and shall conduct an independent due diligence of the investee before funding it to him.
In case it comes to your knowledge that any member of this website has committed default or fraud or misrepresents his financial status than you may inform Hasi Foundation in writing and upon receipt of such information Hasi Foundation shall call upon such third party to explain the allegations made in your Notice and upon receipt of an explanation from such third party Hasi Foundation shall in its own discretion decide as to whether such a person should be prohibited from using the website.
Neither Party shall be in default of its delay in performance or failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder, when and if the delay or failure arises from a cause which is beyond the control of the party failing to perform. Such force majeure (which includes, inter alia, strikes, acts of God, acts of war, laws and regulations) would suspend the fulfillment of the obligations under this Agreement until it is over.
Hasi Foundation is operated under the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Users agree that Courts of Bangladesh as the court of first instance, will have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to the use of the Our service.
